6. The reference production rate for finished product other than bisulphite pulp, for dissolving grade sulphite pulp or for bleached pulp with a chlorinated bleaching agent for any year corresponds respectively to the highest value of the 90th percentiles of the daily production for any of the previous 3 years.
The 90th percentile is the statistically derived value corresponding respectively to the production that was exceeded on 10% of the days that the mill operated in the year.
